Hi, I am Usman, an expert in the field of science and exercise, and the founder of UFIT LLC. I have been training busy corporate professionals in their fitness and nutrition regimen for 8 years in Dubai and they all have one thing in common – they don’t have enough time.

My bespoke online nutrition & workout program will allow you to be consistent even if you’re traveling for work. I only customize your training and nutrition regimen around things that are fun to do yet effective for your body.
